CEO of I-Concept International Meets with Executive Secretary of Rwanda’s National Youth Council to Discuss Collaboration and Innovative Initiatives

Kigali, Rwanda – Mr. Hudhaifa Hasan Hutaif, CEO of I-Concept International for Empowerment and Strategic Development, met with Mr. Ngabo Brave Olivier, Executive Secretary of Rwanda’s National Youth Council, in a discussion aimed at exploring collaboration opportunities and joint initiatives to benefit the Rwandan youth and the broader African community.

During the meeting, Mr. Hutaif presented an overview of I-Concept International’s extensive experience in the African and Middle Eastern markets, highlighting its future projects and strategic vision. Both parties engaged in detailed discussions about I-Concept’s current and upcoming initiatives in Rwanda, including its training programs for 2025, the establishment of business clubs, cultural activities, and the organization of the first-ever Memory Championship in Rwanda and East Africa, which will be officially recognized by the World Memory Sports Council.

A key topic of the dialogue was the integration and engagement of youth from various expatriate communities residing in Rwanda, particularly young members of Arab communities, in the activities of the National Youth Council and other collaborative programs. This inclusive approach received a warm welcome from the National Youth Council, signaling their commitment to fostering diversity and unity.

The meeting concluded with both parties expressing a strong willingness to formalize their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement would pave the way for the implementation of programs that cater not only to the Rwandan community but also to the broader African and global audience.

Mr. Hutaif and Mr. Ngabo Brave Olivier reaffirmed their shared commitment to empowering youth, enhancing cultural exchange, and driving sustainable development through innovative and impactful initiatives. The dialogue marks a significant step toward fostering strategic partnerships that address the needs of the youth and promote societal progress.

Also attending the meeting were key members of I-Concept International’s team, including Ms. Shahd Jalal, Programs Director, Mr. Boubou Diab, Legal Advisor, and Mr. Ashraf Hutaif, Media and Communications Coordinator. Their presence enriched the discussions by providing specialized insights into program development, legal frameworks, and effective media strategies to enhance the visibility and impact of the proposed initiatives.
